Samantha East

Technical Director

With over 20-years of experience in the federal government, Samantha has established a distinguished career marked by dedication, leadership, and technical expertise.  She spent twelve years with the Department of Defense and an additional eight years with the Department of Homeland Security. Her robust background includes managing lifecycle engineering projects, leading research programs, and conducting comprehensive analyses of the results.

Prior to Dignari, Samantha worked for an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) product vendor (XTec) managing a major DHS program focused on Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) development delivery.  Her extensive experience and technical acumen have proven her ability to prioritize program direction, organizational needs, level of difficulty, risk review and resourcing availability.

Outside of work, Samantha has a passion for attending sporting events, traveling, catching up on the latest shows, checking out a new winery/brewery and spending time with her family and friends.
