PROGRAM STRATEGY AND EXECUTION
focus your chaos
Here’s the problem
Too many strategic implementation plans turn into “shelf-ware,” falling short of meeting objectives due to a disconnect between the big picture visionaries and the teams that know how to implement.
Why we can help
The Dignari team is made up of implementers. To develop an effective and executable strategy, you need a team that brings together the right expertise to understand not what you are trying to achieve, but how to get you there. Using our Dignari Hopper™ methodology, we bring together innovation, design, data, and programmatic experts to formulate strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans that transform client operations, providing incremental short-term wins, while ensuring each activity moves the mission closer to the long-term goal.
This is how we do it
Our program strategy and execution methodology provides organizations with an approach that quickly examines and vets alternatives for implementation to incrementally achieves objectives.
Dignari Hopper™
Dignari understands the complexities your organization faces in today’s hyper-competitive and results-driven world. We named our Program Strategy and Execution methodology after Grace Hopper as we emulate her mix of vision and execution when advising clients like you. Our Dignari Hopper™ methodology examines all alternatives to achieve the end-state vision, working within constraints and thinking outside the box to incrementally achieve your objectives.
Design
We start by understanding mission needs, identifying capability gaps, and aligning with strategic priorities and existing investments. Utilizing professionals from all Dignari services and areas of expertise coupled with an integrated team of stakeholders, we develop concepts of operation, build strategic roadmaps and master schedules, and begin the acquisition lifecycle processes.
Engineer
We identify alternatives to close capability gaps and perform market research. We document existing operational performance and model and simulate to-be approaches. We utilize our cost modeling tools to develop spend plan alternatives including workload staffing impacts. Based on our analyses we select alternatives to prototype or pilot, choosing those that are most closely aligned that will work within your constraints.
Advocate
Strategic communications and stakeholder engagement strategies are essential to gain buy-in early, and to support an effective change management approach. Early on we develop artifacts to market of business cases to internal and external stakeholders, provide audit support, internal and external communications strategies, talking points, public affairs guidance, change management, development of new SOPs, and communications plans.
Transform
We utilize our Emerging Technology team to develop rapid prototypes that apply “fail fast” techniques. We develop pilot plans and perform real-time evaluation to report operational outcomes to assist go/no-go decision making. We utilize Agile methods to show incremental improvements, and as solutions are proven we plan deployment activities, develop integrated logistics plans, and implement change management.
Evaluate
Early in the planning process we involve our data scientists and visualization team members to ensure key metrics are captured in delivery, allowing us to provide the ongoing performance monitoring and reporting capabilities to our clients to demonstrate success. We leverage our existing program and portfolio dashboards that are tailored to your environment and provide visibility to your stakeholders.
Let’s get to work
Our approach has successfully led to the implementation of programs that transform the way our clients do business. We’ve effectively developed strategies that have resulted in appropriated funding from Congress to assist in our clients achieving their vision. Our programs have saved money, time, and have improved customer experiences across the board. We’d love to do the same for you.
