We help our client analyze existing person processing operations using business process simulation and modeling and analysis of alternatives. We look at operational data such as volumes, throughput and process times to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to inject business process changes or implementation of innovative technologies. We baseline existing operations to assist in measuring reengineering improvements. After gathering stakeholder feedback, observation and analysis of data from models and simulations, we develop fail fast prototypes, implementing either in test facilities or operational pilot sites to validate modeling outcomes. We look at the impact of environmental conditions and human behavior to optimize configurations and user feedback. We then assist in the design, development, deployment, of pilots, performing time and motion studies to measure outcomes and communication with leadership for go/no go deployment decisions.

Dignari has extensive experience with vehicle processing, including nationwide deployment and management of License Plate Reader (LPR) systems and vehicle detection technology. Combining this experience with our deep biometric domain knowledge, we support our client with selecting and implementing the appropriate technology for their unique use case. This includes assisting with the initial academic research into optical technology and vendor capability analysis. We utilize a similar approach to person processing by baselining existing operations, identifying inefficiencies and modeling future concepts of operation. We look at alternatives and select the optimal solutions to prototype, pilot. We gather the data from pilots to support operational outcomes and assist our clients in gaining stakeholder buy-in for enterprise deployments and support the roll-out.
